When I click on the main navigational link for viewing your characters, I get met with a blank white screen.
When I click on a link to my character sheet from an external site, I get met with a 504 Gateway Error.
Sometimes, my character collection loads, but when I try to view or edit one of my characters I come face-to-face with a "Rolled a 1 on API check" error or just a prolonged loading screen.
What are you doing with the website? The character creator has been shutting down very frequently, AND AT THE WRONG TIMES. I saw many people complaining about how the intermittant incompetance of the digital character sheets has caused halts in their campaigns. There are a lot of forum threads on this issue.
Same thing is happening to me. I was using the website for the past couple years but wasn’t able to look at characters for the past few weeks. Now I swapped to the app and had success for a few days and it started to do the same thing.
You’re going to have to clear out all the website data for dndbeyond, and ONLY dndbeyond. You will have to log in again, but that should allow you to access it.

Or just wait for the web site to start working again.
It has been on and off for the past few weeks - it seems worse when the US are awake and playing D&D.
Timing couldn't be worse for WotC. After all the OGL issues, now we can't use our character sheets in BD&D. Time to just cancel and move to PF2! #frustrated
I've tried everything I've seen suggested at this point. The only way I can access my sheets is through the app, which is working fine at the moment. At this point, I think it's on DnDBeyond's end.

Same thing is also happening to me as well none of my character sheets work at all on the browser app only on the mobile app.
