I have created a new wonderous item and some feats to its modifiers. I have sucessfully added my own homebrew feat to the item, however when i try to add a feat from Xanthar's Guide (which I have purchased) none of the feats are available as an option. I am trying to add, specifically, Fey Teleportation.
