`I'm not sure if this is a bug or if I have a setting wrong, but when I select Feat under Ability Score Improvement, the Feat list is empty. Is there something I can do to fix this?
No, but in other places, such as Spells, where there is missing information, there's a line that says missing info can be seen if you buy the content, and there's a link to the store. But under Feats, there's just a drop-down box that says "Choose a Feat" but there are no feats to choose from. If it does require purchasing something, it doesn't say so there.
The dropdowns are not able to display the link to the store, because they're a dropdown menu. If you haven't bought one of the sources like the PHB that has feats, and you're not in a campaign with content sharing turned on, the only feats you'll see are the free ones, which have prereqs or can otherwise be hidden behind filters you might have turned off.
Subscriptions don't give access to content published in books. Purchasing content is done separately from subscriptions. If you purchased a subscription (hero or master tier) then that wouldn't get you access to the stuff in the PHB. If you purchased access to the PHB, it can take a while to take effect, especially depending on purchase method (purchasing through the app can take hours to sync between the various servers and is not a recommended purchasing method). If you purchased access to the PHB on the website, go here and a. confirm that the purchase is listed under 'current product licenses' and b. check at the top of the page that your entitlements are in sync.
Okay, I get it now. The subscription was the wrong thing. I need to buy the PHB. Okay. But, now my problem is with the Checkout page. It's not allowing me to enter my credit card information. I can't even type in the Card Number box, or any of the boxes. Nothing I click on has any effect. I tried reloading the page, and I tried going back to the cart and going through the checkout process, but nothing works.
Are you using an extension, like an adblocker or vpn?
I use NoScript, and when I go to the Checkout page I always need to re-set items on page to Trusted, since it's using an outside payment site processor. Then I'm able to enter numbers etc. in the CC fields.

Okay, well, I'm not seeing any feats, and every other drop-down list works fine. Is the Ranger Sharpshooter feat not free?
the sharpshooter feat is not free, the only one you might see is grappler and i think maybe one other thats all
I just subscribed to the PHB and I still can't see Feats. Also, I can't choose Beast Master as my Ranger Archetype. The only option is Hunter.
I tried signing out and signing back in but it made no difference. Does it take a while to take effect, is there something else I have to do, or what?
