Anyone having an issue with renewing your sub? I was on the master subscription and I get a broken link when trying to fix it. I’ve sent 4 tickets in for support and haven’t received any response… as someone who worked on support tickets I’d imagine there’s a time frame or at least an general framework of support troubleshooting but this is crazy. Has anyone else had issues?

Yes, the link ( https://www.dndbeyond.com/store/subscribe ) has been broken for me for days.

Dang so not just me. That’s good and bad new at the same time 

For me I dont mess with it and set it on renew automaticaly so it just renews

I did  too but it canceled for some odd reason.. maybe card expired is my best guess since I haven’t had an issue since dndbeyond started

Did anyone get a resolution?  I'm still getting errors trying to get to the subscription page.    :(

 UPDATE:  Clearing cache resolved the issue for me.

Let me try clearing cache, I was using private browsing to see if that would help but let me try this too… brb
