Hey, I can see I'm subscribed to the master tier (I have been for a while and this is the first time I'm having issues with it) on the website, but it keeps telling me to resubscribe and I can't access any of my benefits on the website. I can on the app just fine. How can I get this fixed? It does it no matter what device I'm on.
I'm having the same issue. App and website says I'm on free tier but when I go to purchase the Master tier it states that I am already master tier yet I have no access to the benefits.

I have the same exact issue, described exactly as above. motorola phone up to date and HP laptop up to date OS and browser on both.
I'm having it with a PC and an iPhone, so glad it's not system specific.
I'm also having a problem with my subscription.
