Spell Wither and and Bloom is not showing up in my spell list for my Circle of Dreams druid. I am in a campaign currently and content sharing is enabled, but I also own the strixhaven book so that shouldn't be an issue. I have tried leaving the campaign and rejoining and that didn't do anything. I created a brand new Circle of Dreams druid and the spell appears on that list, so it's not a weird limit of the subclass. It makes me concerned that I'm missing other things that are supposed to be there.

Fixed it. Didn't have all content enabled on my end.
