Spell drinker paladin

When i create a spell drinker paladin. At level 3 meant to get sub class spells bane and detect magic auto prepared but they don’t show on my spell list like they do with other sub classes when reach level 3. Anyone know how to fix this?

That’s a known issue when using the 2024 paladin with non-2024 subclasses.
