Title, trying to make a Div Wizard with Fortune's Favor but i cant add it onto the list, on the page it doesnt have any other tags than CHRONURGY MAGIC / GRAVITURGY MAGIC

That's correct. It's intentionally only available to wizards of the Chronurgy and Graviturgy schools (published in Explorer's Guide to Wildemount)
