On the Table of Contents for the DMG under Chapter 5 (Adventure Environments) the "Settlements" link points to:

https://www.dndbeyond.com/compendium/rules/dmg/adventure-environments#Settlements

It should point to

https://www.dndbeyond.com/compendium/rules/dmg/adventure-environments#SettlementsTownsVillagesCities
