Unless I'm imagining it I'm pretty sure when adding spells in Character Builder it used have a little R icon or something to show if it can be cast as a ritual, I was just making a wizard and can't see them anywhere, idk if it's just me. They are still showing up for the spells listed in the game rules section, just not for Character Builder atm.
