I have two thirteen year olds and an 11 year old that all are able to use d&d beyond app to create characters and see them, but when. We try to log in using our Google account on the website, they are denied access. They have accounts (and 2 of them are 13). Why can't they see them?
I got around it by creating accounts on wizards.com and using that to login to the app instead of Google. They had to restart their stuff, but at least now we can play.

Having the same issue with my 13 year old. Would love a solution.
