DM Accidentally Deleted My Stats

My DM was reviewing an idea i had to multiclass and in doing so has deleted my stats.

Is there a way to see what i had and restore them back or roll my character back to a previous 'saved' state?

Unfortunately, no, not if you haven't saved it anywhere. You could try seeing if the PDF export still has them, sometimes that cache doesn't update quickly, but some edits force a refresh so you might be out of luck there too.
