So I see in the PHB that proficiency is based on character level, not class level. I’m running a level 12 warlock and took one level in Fighter, making my character level 13 https://omegle****/https://vshare****/. That should be a +5 proficiency bonus but the app is still showing +4. Am I misunderstanding this or am I correct in believing it should be +5?
It should be +5, it's based on Character Level, not Class Level. I've just created a Warlock 12/Fighter 1 and it's showing +5 proficiency.
Could you provide some screenshots so we can see if anything funky is going on?

Can you provide a link to the character?
