Keeps asking me to Log In to Wizards account, takes me there, I log in, then it kicks me to a homepage. I return to the purchase screen, rinse repeat.

I tried as a guest and it won't let me check the permissions box for payment to continue.

Just want to buy the hard cover and the softcover WOTC....
