Lunar Sorcerer's Lunar Boon feature is inconsistent in displaying the schools of magic affected by Lunar Boons when in Crescent Moon phase. 

Lunar Boon is displayed in the Actions pane as Other > Lunar Boon: {Phase} Moon - Reduce Metamagic Cost, and in the Features & Traits pane as Sorcerer Features > Lunar Boons > Lunar Boon: {Phase} Moon. 

The Full Moon and New Moon phases appear correct in all cases (Abjuration/Divination and Enchantment/Necromancy respectively).

However, the Crescent Moon phase is described in the Lunar Boons full text as affecting Illusion and Transmutation spells.  This is correctly displayed in the Actions pane ("Whenever you use Metamagic with Illusion and Transmutation spells..."), but the Features pane Lunar Boon: Crescent Moon text is as follows:

"The current phase of your Lunar Embodiment (Crescent Moon) affects Divination and Transmutation spells."

This should read "... affects Illusion and Transmutation spells."

Hi there! I noticed that the same problem occurs when you click on "Lunar Boon: Full Moon - Reduce Metamagic Cost" in both the Features/traits page and in actions.

The snippet displays the correct "Whenever you use Metamagic with Abjuration and Divination spells...". However the full description when you click to expand it lists some wrong spell schools for New Moon and Crescent Moon (Full moon appears to be correct):
"New Moon. Evocation and necromancy spells

Crescent Moon. Divination and transmutation spells"

When it should be:
"New Moon. Enchantment and necromancy spells

Crescent Moon. Illusion and transmutation spells:
