I have plenty of purchased content, but for whatever reason, when I try to do a character build, I am only getting a subset of the available feats. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Why is this text repeated twice and where is Resilient?
Thanks for the tip. I had not (it was my first feat), but I had built a few levels, then changed my mind and removed them. Kind of like Custom Backgrounds, it may have take a while to sync that. Today, I can choose it.

Did you already take Resilient? You can only take that feat once.
