My players can't access any of my purchased content that I have allowed access through the subscriptions' sharing content options, unless I manually go in and change their character through my campaign collection. For example,
One player is trying to make a barbarian with a Totem Warrior subclass option, but it does not appear in the list of available options.
If I open my Campaign, Edit their Character, and open the subclass list, all my content appears in the list, but it still does not for them.
If I then set their subclass option to the Totem Warrior, and they then access their character again, all the subclass options are now available to choose from for that character, at this time.
I don't think this is intended, otherwise it'd be very counter-intuitive.
Try sending them a link to your campaign. Once there, have them click on the button them click on the button 'Create Unassigned Character'. From there they should be able to create a character using all your shared content.

Yeah, content sharing is on.
Cheers
Yeah they are part of the campaign.
I'll get someone to try the "Create a character" option to see if that makes a difference to the missing content.
The solution that fixed the issue was indeed the "Sync entitlements" section of each players' Marketplace.
Cheers!
