It seems changes take some time take effect in the export as those were not visible right away when I exported the PDF. Only after some time. Same thing with bonds, flaws, etc. Even though there is a download link available, it offers characters sheet from previous version. Is there a queue in the background for generating the character sheet PDFs?
I've had a look and this does appear to be related to caching; your browser stores the old version of the PDF rather than pulling the latest. A few ways to resolve this:
Just wanted to add my thanks. Had this same problem and couldn't figure out why my weapons and armor (and proper AC) weren't displaying on my exported PDF. It was the cache! Thank you!
At 2:53:28 I refreshed my export URL and got a cached version from 2:24:31. Note I have "Disable cache" checked at the top of chrome devtools. This means the PDF was not fetched from my browser cache. It's the version before I equipped my weapons and contains only unarmed strike.
But BEFORE that, at 2:48:33, I fetched the exact same URL from an incognito tab, which gave me the correct version from 2:43:29
and that caching is somehow tied to my client state (cookies?). This I cant figure out I tried deleting my sessions cookies for dndbeyond.com but that didnt help. I am missing something but either way I am confident this isn't a local browser cache problem. Even if it was you should probably set Cache-Control headers since this is rarely exported twice with no changes...
To underscore that, I cleared JUST my cached files and tried to reload the page. It was still old.
I wanted to pop in as well and say I am having the same problem, even clearing cache, and using different browsers, it took a while for the updated PDF to download from the export tab.
Have to agree with benbuzbee that there seems to be an issue with the cache on the server side not browser that should be fixed.
Hello,
In the interactive sheet I have three active weapons listed, but when I export the sheet into PDF, I only see unarmed attack available.

I've just exported a copy of your character sheet and the weapons are appearing for me
It could be a caching issue, can you try downloading your PDF again?

This isn't being served from the browser cache; it's being cached somewhere else. Looks like you use Fastly to cache things?

This tells me that you're probably doing some caching at the Fastly layer: https://developer.fastly.com/reference/http/http-headers/X-Cache-Hits/

BTW a simple effective workaround, just open an incognito tab and paste the link into it.
Tried this and none of the suggested worked

I just opened that pdf and your active weapons appear just fine

This is a server side issue, NOT user side cache as some have claimed. I am having the same problem.
