I had an issue crop up about 3 or 4 months ago on my D&DBeyond. My books appeared to acquire some form visual glitch: the traditional formatting and texting for the app broke down and was replaced by a boring black font with a white background which, when linking to other places in the app, was highlighted in blue instead of green. I thought it wasn’t that big of a deal initially, so I didn’t let it concern myself too much at the time. But now, I’ve found it actively gets in the way being able to use the app effectively. Figuring it had to be in some kind of issue within the app itself, I deleted the it. I then subsequently re-downloaded the app, wherein I found that I could not access my account at all via the app on my phone (I have an iPhone XR). The error I received when I tried to log in was a dialogue box (in iOS format) that said I needed to “agree to their privacy policy and must allow tracking.” Weird, but ok. I did that and still had the same dialogue box pop up every time I deleted it and retried it. This is kind of frustrating, as I’ve come to heavily rely on the app for more table space while I play. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
