Character creation not free?

I'm not sure what's free and what's not. I tried to make a sorcerer with the wild subclass, but there's only the dragon subclass available. Do I have to buy the PHB to unlock these subclass options on the character creation page?

It is free only what comes from the Basic Rules. The rest must be unlocked with purchases from the Store.
