I bought the Players Handbook on the app and the billing went through but it's been 2 days now and it still doesn't show that I own it much less accessing it. What should I do?
Don't buy from the app for basically this reason. Purchasing from the app store takes forever to talk to the DDB store.
Go here and check at the top that your entitlements are in sync. If they're not, press the button to sync them. If they are, scroll further down the page to make sure that your purchase is listed.
If it's not, check to make sure you haven't accidentally created 2 accounts using different login methods. The account you're posting this question from is 4 days old, so if you are just new to the service overall, that might not be the issue, but it's a not-infrequent occurrence. If you think that's happened, you can put in a ticket to get your accounts merged.
You can also check and see if you got an email receipt for the purchase, which you should have. If you didn't, but the billing went through, you have to contact the app store. If it did, then you have to put in a support ticket using the 'contact us' link in the footer.

3. I recently downloaded the app then I made an account in DNDBeyond then linked it and since my characters on my app is showing in the DNDBeyond website it safe to assume that it's merged. If there something that I don't know please tell me.
