Adding skill proficiencies to custom backgrounds

I have added two skill proficiencies on my custom background on separate lines:

MODIFIER ACTIONS

Proficiency - Choose a Skill - Sleight of Hand Edit | Delete

Proficiency - Choose a Skill - Performance Edit | Delete

But only one of them (sleight of hand) appears when I generate a character in the Description tab when I select this background. I don't have performance from any other source. Why aren't they both appearing?

It's probably because you're putting them in the options category, when they should be in the modifiers category.
