When I create a Monk I'm only offered Way of the Open Hand as a tradition, none of the others are showing.
Way of the Open Hand is available in the Free Rules for 2024 Monk. If you don't have the 2024 PHB (either owned or shared with you in a campaign the character is in) and don't have any old subclasses that aren't Mercy, Shadow, or Elements, that's all you'll see for 2024 Monk. (Note that old subclasses also need the correct toggles on in the character settings.)
To rectify the situation:
-Gain access to the 2024 PHB -Gain access to subclasses Ascendant Dragon, Astral Self, Drunken Master, Kensei, Long Death, and/or Sun Soul -Add subclasses via Homebrew (a legitimate option, and one multiple people have done in the past, especially if they already own the physical books and can use those as a reference)
("Gain access to" means either own the content OR have it shared to you, either way is valid.)
I own the 2014 PHB and it's toggled on in settings.
If you want to use the 2014 version, you have to actually select the 2014 version of the class on the Class tab. The 2014 Monk and 2024 Monk are two separate classes. You may have to scroll down to find the 2014 version.

Have you purchased the book(s) those are in? Or is your character assigned to a campaign where those are shared with you?
Are you using the right version of the class (2014 vs 2024) for that subclass?
Do you have the right sources enabled in your character settings?
