I'm blind, and I use a screen reader to access dndbeyond.
It's mostly a smooth experience, but there are some parts of the interface which are difficult to make use of, because of lack of labeling and issues with keyboard navigation.
For example, the character builder has some buttons, checkboxes, and other widgets which are not properly labeled, and don't have support for tabbing focus. Some of the dialogues that pop up when you interact with these controls also capture the focus in weird ways that make it hard to interact with them using the keyboard.
There are similar issues in the interfaces for character sheets and spell listings.
For the most part, these issues have simple solutions that involve adding the right WAI-ARIA attributes and tabbing orders.
I hope this is an appropriate venue to bring these issues up, but apologies in advance if it is not.
Wanted to ask you all if this has been improved or what workarounds you might have for this. I am hoping to start a new campaign with a friend who is blind.

I am in the same situation.
Hello,
Wanted to ask you all if this has been improved or what workarounds you might have for this. I am hoping to start a new campaign with a friend who is blind.
