I've had this account for a few years and recently bought a new laptop and had to log in on this account on the laptop, but when I did, I wasn't able to access any of my previous purchases. I had nearly every sourcebook outside of the adventures and had spent well over 200 Dollars. I've checked online and looked in the marketplace section of my account/profile and it doesn't even say I had purchased them? Does anyone know how to restore them? Or am I going to have to sink all that money back into this account for a second time? I've checked the website, and the app on my phone in hopes of any way to restore the books I bought, so hopefully someone here can help?

Make sure you have logged into the right account. People often accidentally create multiple accounts by using a different authenticator or different email. Check your old computer to see whether the accounts are the same or different.
