Hey y'all, I may just be missing the option for it, but is it possible to do this?
I have an awakened beast as a pet on one of my characters ( https://ddb.ac/characters/13781619/xhNHag ), and can't seem to find an option to manually increase the Intelligence score for it.
I'm totally down with just duplicating the beast and changing the Int as a homebrew creature, just double-checking if there's a quicker way that I'm missing.
There is no other way, that I know of, beyond making a copy and changing what you need. I tend to do this for things like Accursed Specter and Hound of Ill Omen from the Hexblade and Shadow Sorc features and undead for necromancers.

I'm sure they plan to be able to that, but the way monster is currently sorted and stored is not easy to modify. I think the monster builder update will lay groundwork for this.

For now though, homebrew...
Thanks guys. I was trying to help one of my players keep their pet but I didn't think to make a new one.
