The Dancing Sword entry (here) has the boilerplate "Proficiency with a longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it." I'm pretty sure that your proficiency has no bearing on the Dancing Sword's attacks; even if it does, I'm quite certain that proficiency with a longsword doesn't give you a bonus on attacks with, say, a Dancing Rapier. The DMG Compendium entry (here) has no such text.
2. The Sword of Answering is described in the DMG as being a "longsword" that "requires attunement by a creature with the same alignment as the sword". The magic item entry only lists it as a "weapon" that "requires attunement".
3. The Sword of Vengeance is described in he DMG as being "any sword", but the magic item entry only lists it as a "weapon".

This is fixed. Thanks.
No problem. While we're on the subject of magic swords, I found a few entries with the same issue, and a couple of new issues:
1. The Sword of Life Stealing, the Sword of Sharpness, and the Vorpal Sword all have the same issue: the boilerplate "longsword proficiency" text should not be in the magic item description.
2. The Sword of Answering is described in the DMG as being a "longsword" that "requires attunement by a creature with the same alignment as the sword". The magic item entry only lists it as a "weapon" that "requires attunement".

Those are fixed. Thank you very much.
