As the title says, I cannot view my own characters or the characters of my players. I don't get an error message, the page will just load indefinitely.  I have tried almost all of the recommended instructions to clearing caches, cookies, trying different browsers, or devices. I can only access them on my Phone app, which I can make work but it very inconvenient. I have looked a lot to try and self remedy this to no prevail. I have also sent a support ticket with no response yet. While also searching the forums It's seems that there was really no fix for this issue. Was seeing if there was a good fix that people have figured out.

I had a very similar issue.  Tried to click on my players' character sheets and it told me that I was out of character slots and needed to select 6 to continue. (I was going to wait to see if there was a Cyber Monday sale to resubscribe).  But I was able to view their characters if I signed out of my account, and I was able to view their characters on the phone app.  Resubscribing allowed me to see them again on web browser.
