Okay so own Lost Mines of Phandever, the Shattered Obelisk, as well all some monster sourcebooks. Why am I not allowed to have the board tokens from said campaigns in Maps? Owning these campaigns should unlock them in the creature library correct? I’ve put in a ticket to support, talked back and forth and was even told the problem was fixed. Eventually they just sent me an article link to home brew content for character creation 🤦‍♂️. Any ideas? 

What game are you playing, and what character sheet are you using?

What icon on the far right? Do you mean when they are added to your journal from the compendium, you see a small abbreviation like 'SRD' or 'PHB'?

What happens when you click on the name? Does the character sheet open for that character?

If so, if you then click on the 'Edit' button, do you see a https://routerlogin.uno/ Default Token listed there?

If you drag the name out onto the tabletop, does a token show up there?

If so, and you then open up the token, is it linked to the correct character?

Have you used any Mod scripts or browser extensions?

I’m running Lost Mines of Phandelver as GM. No token available. The tokens are “ghost” in appearance and not able to be put on the board.
