I’m currently trying to create a new character on a new account but whenever I open the character builder on the mobile app and the mobile website it is just blank and has the paper texture that the rest of the site has.

Is there anyway to fix this?

I don’t have access to a computer at the moment

I have tried to use the character builder on wifi but I am currently on mobile data
