I'm the DM and I'm trying to get into a friend's character sheet, but whenever I try I get a 403 error with the following details:
Error Code: aa88d9f582b545278eb51df4527cde50
Version: @dndbeyond/character-app@1.53.3
When I try to look at on the mobile app instead, his character sheet just isn't among the characters in the campaign, but is still in the chat log. If it matters, I've tried it on Chrome, Safari, and Edge.
Check with your friend to make sure they did not delete.
Its possible that the character sheet was public but under a different campaign/DM. In this scenario, if the character sheet gets marked as private no one but the owner and DM of the campaign can see it.
If you friend can no longer see the character sheet in dndbeyond, then it most likely got deleted or archived if they are beyond the 8 character limit (depending on subscription).
These are all educated guesses at this point.
Hope this helps.

Do you see the character in your campaign?
