Genie Warlock Spell list Issues

Hey I was building a Genie Warlock, chose Marid, but noticed two problems

1) All of the other genie type spells were available to pick at various levels in the character builder

2) The wish spell did not show up at the 9th Level Arcanum (as far as I can tell it should be a choice?
