Hello, all! I have exhausted my search options at this point, so I am turning to the forum for help.
I am homebrewing a kind of half-elf that instead accounts for goblin, orc, bugbear, or other heritage. In this racial trait, I have several racial option that should allow the player to select an option based upon their character's heritage - an orc heritage gets Relentless Endurance, for example, a bugbear gets Surprise Attack, and so on. I created several racial options listed within a racial trait, but none of the options can be selected at character creation.
What am I missing?
