I'm trying to purchase some content for my account, and I'm using a Visa gift card. I've used this method of payment numerous times in the past and there has been no issue. Now, however, when I go to check out, it gives me the following error message:
I tried removing all items from my cart but one and purchasing them individually, no luck. Same error. What's going on here? I made sure the amount of the card was enough to purchase the items in the cart, and as I said above, I've used this method of payment numerous times before. Has anyone else had this? Is it an issue with Beyond? Is it a temporary bug? (I've also tried logging out and logging back in)
I have not seen this error in any regards other than payment source related issues. I know you mentioned that you've checked the balance, but the source is generally where these issues lie. I would suggest trying an alternate payment source to complete the transaction. Well, I tried it again and it went through this time. I did just purchase the card a little while ago, so it is possible that it hadn't yet been authenticated by Visa yet. I'll keep in mind for future transactions that that error is only for payment source issues. Thanks for your help!

I’m having the same issue. I’ve tried two different gift cards. The error code says, “fraud suspected - processor declined”.
It’s a Visa gift card. I don’t understand the problem.
