Borrowed Knowledge is a cleric spell and I bought the Strixhaven book here, through DNDBeyond. As far as I know it should come up when I search Known spells for my 8th level cleric, but it doesn't.
Have you enabled Magic: the Gathering content in the character builder? Strixhaven is Magic: the Gathering content and is only accessible when that content toggle is enabled
