lvl 7 cleric wisdom 16 insight proficiency for a total insight bonus of +6 and advantage on this skill. the passive should be 21 but it is only displaying as 16.
this is a known issue, only passive perception takes advantage into account. for some reason it is not aplied to passive insight.
for now you can manualy edit the passive insight and give it a misc bonus of 5
