Does this include new versions? Or are new items and new versions considered the same thing in this context?
Also, is there any way to join the moderation team to help out?
New versions revert the submission to the back of the line, unfortunately. The idea of increasing the team to handle homebrew has been discussed, but ultimately, isn't the proper solution to address a growing problem. There have been some planned improvements thought up, hopefully to be deployed soon and relieve the homebrew congestion for the community.
I’ve been waiting on multiple approvals for 30 days as of today... I know sucks but there is nothing we can do. I’d drive out to the DDB office in Alabama and approve it my damn self but it’s not that simple I guess.
How long does it normally take for a homebrew magic item to be approved? I published on 5/30/18, and it is still in moderation. Anyone know?
For the time being, 3 weeks/1 month is to be expected.
The team is looking into ways to improve this.

Great, thank you for the response!
