Me and my party members paid for a year long master subscription on the account of Faygo85 we can't access the content after sharing it with the campaign so what do we need to do?
Not sure I understand the problem, but for account issues, the owner of the Master Tier subscription should send a ticket to support.
Keep in the mind that the sharing won't work if you are trying to create a character outside that campaign slot.
