There seems to be an internal inconsistency in the description of Gurt’s Greataxe.

on the Character sheet, it has +10 to hit; 1d12 - 6 slashing damage; 2d12 if human

in the text description, it says:

”…deals 3d12 slashing damage on a hit, plus an extra 2d12 slashing damage if the target is human.”

And online, if you click the weapon, it says:

Damage:

1d12+9 [and not “6”]

2d12if the target is human

We are resolving this by saying that the weapon deals 1d12 + 6, +2d12 if human. But you may want to edit the description.
