I was looking into different playable character races yesterday when I came across the Bugbear. Seeing that Volo's Guide was no longer up to buy, I instead bought Mor.'s Monsters of the Multiverse. I received email confirmation of the purchase immediately and have been trying to make a Bugbear character since. I don't know why it isn't showing up as a race option when I make a new character. I have all sources, partnered content, etc. enabled, but still can't make a bugbear or any other playable race from that book. I'm not sure what the issue is. Any help is appreciated!
I now have access. For anyone who may be struggling with a similar issue, I went through Account -> Licenses -> Entitlements, and then resynced my entitlements.
