The spell Command is not listed when the players in my group attempt to add a spell to the their Wizard's spellbook. I have purchased the Player's Handbook and shared it with my players, so I'm not sure why it isn't showing up. Is this a known issue?

It's not a wizard spell. Clerics, Paladins, and Fiend Warlocks.
