As title, the Dwarven Combat Training does not appear in the Race section of the Character Builder, nor in the Features: Racial Traits section of the character sheet. It does show up in the race selection menu. This is with both Hill Dwarf and Mountain Dwarf, which are the only ones I own, so I can't speak for any others.

That trait was just hidden from the builder, the effects were applied to your character.
