On one of my character sheets, when I try to add the level 4 feat and select Magic Initiate (Cleric), I get the API error, however, this does not happen with any other feat on that character, or that feat on any other character... I am confused and rather frustrated at the specific randomness of this issue; if more information is needed, please let me know how to get it and I will provide it

Looking at the character sheet, it seems like the feat was added to the character correctly, and the error is coming up when it's trying to display the list of spells to select from as part of the feat. I'm just spitballing here but there are a couple things I'd suggest looking into:
You seem to have homebrew content enabled; do you and/or your DM have any unusual homebrew Cleric spells available? It's possible a badly designed homebrew spell might cause an error like this.
Your character appears to have multiple unusual characters in her name that could potentially be causing an issue with a database query somewhere. Maybe try removing them and seeing if that changes anything.

When I am in the builder it says no feat chosen and gives the error when I select it, so I haven't got as far as selecting spells
I tried disabling homebrew, removing the special characters from the name, and retrying and I received the same error even after fully restarting my browser, but thank you for the suggestions :3

You might also consider making a copy of the character and seeing if the copy still has the problem.
