The premade characters page won't load. It just shows blank white on the page, except for the header (search bar, dropdowns, notifications, etc.) and footer (quick links, support, follow us). So it's clear the site itself is loading, just not the pages.
Note that this is on a Chromebook if that helps. Everything else on the site loads fine, sometimes taking up to 10 seconds. I left while the premade characters page was loading, came back a few minutes later and it was still the same.
I am not sure why this is. Maybe it's that I have no owned adventures that could have characters, or there's a certain campaign I need to be in. But if I have none, I feel like there should be a screen that says, "It looks like you don't have access to any premade characters. Got to [whatever place] to gain access to some."
Does anyone else have this problem?
Edit: One thing to add is that the page itself takes only a couple of seconds to load, but it finishes at that blank screen like there is nothing there. Also, the portion of the screen isn't completely blank like nothing loaded. It has that background used all over: The papery white with some grayish stuff, the background used in this page (unless somebody has dark mode, I'm not sure if that is an option though.)
Edit: Nevermind, claiming just makes the character one of my characters. The character link to premade characters in the character builder still is as described in the above post.
I'm quite surprised that you have no answer to this post from April 13th and here I am in July with the same issue still. Does nobody use Premade Characters at all. How is this supposed to work?
This is still an issue for chrome. I the following error in the console when I open developer tools: "Cannot read property of null (reading 'useContext')"
This is for the page located at /characters/premade
I just tested it and can confirm it's working fine for me on Chrome. That means either it's been fixed in the last 10 hours, or it's yet another issue that only affects some users and/or only crops up sporadically. I can attest that I've never had this exact issue before (though I don't use premades much), but I have had issues before where the My Characters tab was pure white and wouldn't display anything. When this happened, it was the same on Chrome (Windows), Safari (iOS), and the official app (iOS) - and it just sort of "fixed itself" 72 hours or so later; nothing I tried on my end would fix it, but after being a problem for a few days it spontaneously started working again long after I'd given up on trying to troubleshoot it.
My thought is that the Character App is just really jank. As a piece of software it seems to be held together with chewing gum and prayer, and sometimes it just decides it's having a bad day and isn't going to do anything for a bit.
Has there been any fix to this issue? I have tried Chrome, firefox and Safari, none can open my character app, only see a white page with dndbeyond header.
If anyone has a fix, work around or tip that would be great.
I have this same problem on Safari, but the characters do display on Firefox. I tried following the instructions on the troubleshooting page, but it didn't clear it.

It seems to load everything but the characters.

Oh, I see. Maybe I have to use this to claim them before I can get them.

I just tried it with Firefox and it worked. So maybe the issue is related to the Chrome browser

Tried using firefox and getting the same error.

Sadly that is not the case, still broken for me.
