Greetings. When selecting an oath on a 2014 Paladin character sheet with Legacy content enabled, I only see Devotion, Ancients, Vengeance and Oathbreaker though I've purchased all the others previously. Is this a known issue or am I doing something incorrectly?

Enable "Expanded Rules" in the Home tab of the character builder.
