Race Issue: clear cookies and cache, relogin and try again.
Strength issue: Click on the Strength score it will open a sidebar. In that sidebar is a box titled "override score" and has a 3 in it. Remove that 3.

Race issue still persists after following your suggestions.
I'm having this same issue, and I tried clearing cache and cookies, which didn't work for me either.

I think this might be a site issue because i'm having the same problem. Submitted a ticket last night, but good to know i'm not alone lol
