The races from Mordenkainen’s Monsters of the Multiverse includes the following text:
“Life Span
The typical life span of a player character in the D&D multiverse is about a century, assuming the character doesn’t meet a violent end on an adventure. Members of some races, such as dwarves and elves, can live for centuries. If typical members of a race can live longer than a century, that fact is mentioned in the race’s description.”
It specifically calls out dwarves and elves as living for longer than a century and states that any race that lives longer than a century, it would tell you in the race’s description. However, the description of duergar, sea elves and shadar-kai do not include the sections on their ages on the race’s page. It is included in the book however.
