I noticed the backdrops appear to be out of alignment with the character sheets. I have checked on multiple character sheets and backdrops, and it appears to be a consistent issue throughout.
I do know the alignment was different before the new Subscriber Backdrops were released and had better proportions.
Just clarifying so that I fully understand the issue! Is it simply that these backdrops don't appear to scale as well as past ones? Or has the scaling behavior changed? Thanks. :)
Bumping an old thread, as this has started happening to me as well, as of last week. Backgrounds are very large, so that I can't see the whole image on my screen. Was there ever a fix that someone found for this? Very much appreciate any help!

I found the issue occurs on MacOS 11.4 Big Sur on Safari, and iPadOS 14.6 on Safari. The screen shots were taken from an iPad.
The first backdrop screenshot is Sub BD 7-21 5.
