Missing Material

New characters seem to be missing material from any books I purchased the character options from. Is this a glitch, or a ruse to get us to purchase entire books?

This has happened to me as well. Previously made characters retain material that is now not an option for new character construction. 

Wow. Pretty shady. Guess if you didn’t have a character with that material before, you’re SOL.

Either they fix or refund.  I have same issue.
