When I've equipped it and attuned to it on one of my characters, it hasn't changed anything that I can see on the sheet. Am I missing something, or is this a genuine bug? Feels like a pretty easy fix, if it is one.
Dragonhide Belt. You can equip this magic item to your character, but it does not currently modify the saving throw DCs for monk features automatically.

I'd hope so, but I've not heard any news about it yet. It doesn't feel like rocket science to fix, unless I'm missing some sort of programming nuance like "they don't have a system to interact with Ki Save DC yet". But even that feels like a bit of a weak excuse.
I just awarded this to my monk player a few days ago, and he tells me the same thing. I assumed it was because the character was built with 2024 rules and the book is added content from a prior period of time. But I can see from this thread that it is an ongoing issue.
Update: Still not fixed, even at the end of June 2025.
Starting to think that this is just being entirely ignored as a staff member hasn't even made an appearance in this thread since the first reply back in 2022.

It's likely a quirk regarding how Ki/Focus Points are programmed into the site that could make the metaphorical Jenga Tower collapse, coding-wise. So it's likely a lot more delicate than "snap fingers & it's fixed".
Take a look under the hood of DND Beyond. It's LEGIT coded weird.

This seems to be a year and a half old. Are they planning to fix the issue with the Belt?

You'd think they'd fix this...
How have they still not fixed this...?!
They have fixed it you can no longer add it to your inventory
Adds fine for me. Tried on a few characters. The bonus to Monk DC still doesn't work though.
The bonus to Monk DC is still not implemented.

not normally one to necro a thread... but it's been over 2 years and it's still not working?
Yep still not working
It will never work, thanks Dndbeyond
Even with the new rules :)
Still isn't fixed
Alex
Consider it permanently broken bc it's old edition and they could care less :/
